Sasa, The Body Shop, Daiso and books hauls

I spent the past few days in KL with no plan to shop. But I end up breaking the makeup shopping ban this time mainly because someone, ok, my bf and his mum, sponsored pretty much everything, and I was given pocket money specifically for shopping. LOL.The hauls collectively.

I bought Calvin Klein Euphoria Intense for men EDT from Sasa, and given DSQUARED2 HeWood Hair and Body Wash, giovanni Magnetic Restruxturing Conditioner and Sasa Smart White Regenerating Night Cream for free. I didn't know Sasa is generous with gifts. Oh ya, just in case, yes, I wear men's perfume. I'm practically a sucker for men perfume.

From The Body Shop, I bought Elderflower Unperfumed Eye Gel, Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion and Seaweed Clarifying Toner. I received a sample of Dreams Unlimited EDP for free. Anyway, the reason I bought The Body Shop toner instead of Clinique's because I'm sick of the Clinique SA that keep pushing me to buy things that I don't want. The Body Shop SA is very helpful, she let me take my time to choose a toner and she's also knowledgeable of the products. She suggests me three toner with the least alcohol content instead of pushing me buying the one for acne prone skin after seeing all those ugly blemish on my cheek. Take that Clinique's SA, there goes your commissions.

What a KL trip without going to Daiso. This time, I managed to control myself and bought only two items, the airless pump bottle and a facial brush. I think the facial brush is softer than the one from The Body Shop.

Lastly, with the pocket money given, I bought 4 books that take up most of the space in my luggage. I bought J.R.R. Tolkien's The Children of Hurin, The Hobbit, and The Unfinished Tales. I was ecstatic and hyperventilating when I found Terry Pratchett's Unseen Academicals for RM20! His books usually goes for RM35 and above. Furthermore, this baby is hardcover.

I hope this would be my last hauls until my makeup shopping ban ends. *Crossing fingers and toes*

@Hollie - LOL. I wish this happen more often.

@Aisyah - Yay for Tolkien. I have four of his books. I'm slowly collecting them.
I'd been using men perfume for years now, I find EDT or EDP for men less boring, or more to, I'm just weird.

@Jennifer - I didn't noticed the price difference, I'm gonna make sure I compared it during my next Sasa visit.
