My first proper attempt to do layered Konad. I think it look decent :)
Base Coat: L.A. Colors Nail Lacquer NP366 Suede
Base Color: Elianto Nail Color #32 Lime Green
Stamp Color: Konad Special Nail Polish White and Elianto Nail Color #40 Twilight Zone.
Top Coat: Konad Top Coat

p/s: I'm feel so bad when I read the news about the explosion at Fukushima nuclear power plant. I believed the residents living within 10km radius have been evacuated, I hope everybody are safe. I really hope that the radiation can be contained and it won't get worse. Let's continue praying for those who are unfortunate.
