Swatches: ELF and Silkygirl Blushers

Here are swatches of some of my blushers. I will do full review once my blushers collection become static (no new blusher). I'm not good with color description, but I try my best.

1. Blushed - ELF Studio Contouring & Bronzing Powder (Pinkish coral w/ slight gold glitter) note: Over UDPP, Blushed appear less pinker and more brownish.
   
2. Candid Coral - ELF Studio Blush in Candid Coral (Dirty coral w/ golden sheen)
   
3. Flushed - ELF Essential Natural Radiance Blusher in Flushed (Mauve-y pink w/ very little silver sheen)
   
4. Honeywood - Silkygirl Blusher in Honeywood (Matte corally orange-brown lol~)
   
5. Mellow Mauve - ELF Studio Blush in Mellow Mauve (Purple mauve w/ purple sheen)

p/s: Aisyah and I received our swap items today at almost the same time (what a coincidence) and I'm glad to tell you that I received two more blushers to play with. Unfortunately, the blusher would make their appearance a lil bit later as I got quite a few post on queue to be publish. Thanks Aisyah for the awesome swap!

Comparison: E.L.F. Studio Blusher Mellow Mauve and E.L.F. Essential Natural Radiance Blusher Flushed

These two are my only blushers that more on the pinkish side. I prefer coral blusher most of the time.

E.L.F. Essential Blushers usually half the size of E.L.F. Studio Blusher. Flushed is a beautiful Barbie pink shade with very fine shimmer that it is almost matte. Mellow Mauve on the other hand is mauve-y shade with purple shimmer, it's like the big sister or maybe mom to Flushed. These two hardly a dupe to each other.

Pigmentation wise, both blushers are moderately pigmented. I prefer my blusher to be moderately pigmented so that it's easy to work with and still show up on my skin. I rather take some time building up color than end up having to remove everything because one swipe is too much.

Dupe? E.L.F. Essential Natural Radiance Blusher (Glow) and E.L.F Studio Blusher (Candid Coral)

Sama tapi tak serupa case. When I first saw Candid Coral, I thought 'Hey, this look similar to my other blusher'. Turn out, it look similar in pan with E.L.F. Essential Glow.

See how similar it is in the pan?!

However the similarity stops there. Upon swatching, I can see, even though both are coral shade blushers, Glow is frosty and Candid Coral is deeper shade.

Top: Left-Candid Coral, Right-Glow

...and I like to conclude my point by sticking my finger up my noise *stick* -MP-
